Join TryLife Center for our 7th Annual Walking for Babies event on May 21st!
Join us in person for a walk around the lake (and free pizza!) at Northmoreland Park OR join us virtually and walk in your own neighborhood between May 21st and May 31st. No matter where and how you're walking, be sure to post on social media using #walkingforbabies2022 and @trylifecenter!
Registration fee is $25.00. Kids under 5 walk for free.
T-shirts will be available for pick-up the morning of the event at registration, or the week following the event at the Center for those who would like to join us virtually.
Donations & Sponsorships
Once you register, don't forget to ask your friends and family to sponsor you for the event! You can create your own fundraising team right from the registration page (just click "Add a Team"), set a fundraising goal, and share your team page on social media or through email!
If you prefer to track your sponsors offline, click here: Fundraisers & Events | TryLife Center to download promotional materials and a tracking sheet that you can print from home, or stop by the Center to pick one up.
Prizes will be given to the top 5 fundraisers!
NOTE: a sponsorship donation is separate from an event registration, and you do not have to fundraise to participate in the walk.
Our goal for 2022 is to raise $25,000 in celebration of TryLife Center's 25th Anniversary of helping families succeed! We can't do it without YOU!
All proceeds directly support our client programs, which are 100% free to our clients!
How will your donation or sponsorship help?
- $500 - Center operations for one day
- $250 - new crib, mattress, and safe bedding
- $150 - tank of gas for the mobile medical unit
- $100 - new car seat
- $75 - one ultrasound appointment
- $50 - one pregnancy testing appointment
- $25 - four pregnancy tests
- $15 - small pack of diapers and wipes

TryLife Center is a life-affirming pregnancy and family resource center dedicated to promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through confidential counseling, education, and material support. We provide services through two main programs, our Parent & Baby Program and our Mobile Medical Unit and TLC Clinic.
Parent & Baby Program
Through our Parent & Baby Program, we provide parents with the necessities to care for their children. Parents who are expecting and parents with biological children under three are eligible for this program.
Our Parent & Baby Program offers all services at no cost. The program operates through a “learn to earn” system where parents receive "points" for participating in private counseling sessions, support groups, parenting classes, volunteering, etc. Parents then spend their points in our store on new and gently used clothing, new infant and toddler furniture, new car seats, and other types of necessities such as diapers and food. This program allows parents provide for the health, safety, and well-being of their child(ren).
Mobile Medical Unit and TLC Clinic
Our mobile medical unit is designed to go where our clients are located. Many of the same services provided on the mobile unit are available at our clinic.
All services are confidential and provided at no cost:
-Pregnancy Testing
-Limited OB Ultrasound
-STD/STI Testing and Treatment
-Hepatitis C and HIV Screening
-Community Resources and Referrals
